Nikolas von Strenge advises on public law and public procurement law. He has vast experience in advising on infrastructure and PPP projects as well as with public law due diligence for business and real estate transactions. Nikolas von Strenge structures competitive tendering procedures for public principals. He further advises and represents companies as tenderers in competitive tendering procedures beyond and below threshold levels. In the area of public law he particularly advises on public building and planning law, environmental law, chemicals law (REACH and CLP), state aid and grant law, as well as on renewable energies law.
