Kruhl von Strenge advises banks, real estate companies and public authorities in complex real estate financing related to project developments, real estate purchases and PPP projects. We draw up the loan and securities contracts and verify compliance with the disbursement conditions all the way to disbursement of the loan.
With respect to PPP projects we advise in creating the financing structure, draft the financing contracts (forfeiting contract, waiver of defence, etc.) and interleave these with other project contracts.
