Klaas Kruhl provides legal advice in all areas related to public law and PPP projects. His consultation services focus on public building and planning law, environmental law, commercial administrative law and public law due diligence for business and real estate transactions. He further frequently advises on key PPP projects, including federal motorway and toll road projects, state roadway projects, other infrastructure projects as well as superstructure projects.
