In the public private partnership (PPP) sector Kruhl von Strenge is one of Germany\u2019s leading law firms. We are frequently involved in major and pilot projects in the PPP area and advise on project contracts, public procurement law and financing. Our clients in this area includes some of Europe\u2019s and the world\u2019s largest construction companies, as well authorities, public enterprises and infrastructure funds.<\/p>\n

We are constantly advising on PPP projects related to roadways, particularly federal motorways as well as state and district roads, tunnels and bridges. Apart from this we have intensive consulting experience on PPP models in the areas trade fairs and convention centres, seaports, broadband cable as well as superstructures (schools, hospitals, other public buildings).<\/p>\n

In addition to our legal knowledge and our market experience we also have a profound understanding of the economic bases of PPP projects. Based on our years of experience consulting for projects in the implementation phase we also have a good understanding of the specific technical factors.
