We structure the tendering procedure with our clients and draw up bidding documents. After this we provide solid support for our clients throughout the procurement process. In the tendering procedure we routinely also support private companies. We support these as the tenderer along the way to a compliant tender, whether with a full review of the tender, or answering specific questions.
We represent our clients in procurement review proceedings and with enforcing other legal remedies. We further apply our expertise in public procurement law to M&A and real estate transactions. Public procurement law is often an important part of the major infrastructure and real estate projects we advise on. Apart from formal public procurement law we routinely also advise on tenders based on EU state aid law and budget law.
